Managrow Corporate Finance was founded by Peter and Lucy Wilson, bringing together extensive experience in strategy, finance, and corporate advisory. We work alongside entrepreneurs, fund managers, shareholders, and investors in complex and high-impact business situations, delivering expertise across M&A, valuation, capital raising, shareholder disputes, technical expert services, and strategic advisory.
Lucy Doria
Founder and Principal
Doria is an entrepreneur, board member, and corporate advisor with 28 years of international experience in corporate finance, capital markets, strategic communications, and corporate governance. She has worked with investment banks, publicly traded companies, private organisations, family-owned businesses, and investors across Latin America, Europe, the United States, Asia, and Oceania.
She has led and supported engagements involving M&A, due diligence, IPOs, restructuring, valuation, capital raising, governance advisory, arbitration-related financial matters, and venture capital and private equity transactions across multiple sectors, including one of the first billion-dollar private equity transactions in the Brazilian real estate sector in 2015.
Doria served in board and committee roles including Telefônica, Luciana Doria Wilson has served in board and committee roles at organizations including Telefônica Brasil, the Stanford Women’s Impact Network, and the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors. She has also held board, audit, executive committee, investor relations, and governance positions at companies including Camil Alimentos, EZTEC, Smartcoat, Priner, Mills, Ânima Educação, Gafisa, Tenda, Saraiva, and Enel.
She holds double bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Accounting, a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, and an Executive Education from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Doria is also a guest lecturer in Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance, Valuation, and M&A programs at institutions including FGV São Paulo and Insper.

Peter Wilson
Co-founder and CEO
Peter Wilson is a CEO with an entrepreneurial with more than 35 years of experience in financial markets across Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, China, and The Bahamas. He has extensive expertise in corporate governance, board implementation, audit committees, corporate finance, wealth management, and strategic advisory.
Peter built his career across management consulting, financial institutions, asset management firms, investment banking, and family offices. Throughout his career, Peter has served in C-level, Board, Fiscal Council, Audit Committee, and Governance positions at publicly traded companies and financial institutions including Banco PAN, Mills, Portobello, Banco Mercantil do Brasil, Gafisa, Tenda, Alphaville Urbanismo, Trisul, Banco Pine, Guararapes (Riachuelo), Bradespar, Suzano, Vivo, Confab, Tegma, Heringer, Minupar, Coelce, Ikezaki, and Taiff.
Earlier in his career, Peter held executive and investment management roles at institutions including A.T. Kearney, Banking Group of Banque Nationale de Paris, Ourinvest and Dartley Bank & Trust.
Peter holds double bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Public Administration from Universidade de São Paulo and Fundação Getulio Vargas, respectively. He also completed an MBA in Finance, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from FGV EESP, and completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School.
Peter is also a guest lecturer in finance, valuation, investments, and M&A programs at institutions including FGV São Paulo, Insper and BSP Business School São Paulo.
